Diagnostic criteria for systemic scleroderma |
|
According to the American Arthritis Foundation, write "Summary of rheumatic diseases," 9th Edition provides diagnostic criteria for systemic scleroderma, those who meet the following one or two main criteria were minor criteria, which can be diagnosed with systemic scleroderma disease. (1) The main criteria: the proximal scleroderma, fingers and metacarpophalangeal joints above symmetry thickened skin, tighten and harden. Such changes can affect the entire body, face and neck and torso (chest and abdomen). (2) Minor criteria: ¢Ù finger scleroderma: These changes are limited to the fingers. ¢Ú fingers or finger pad depressed scar tissue disappear: fingertip ischemia-induced depression or finger pads (toe belly) organization disappears. ¢Û bilateral pulmonary fibrosis base: display on a standard chest X-ray linear or linear bilateral reticular nodular shadows to the base portion of the lung was significantly; showed a diffuse spots or "honeycomb lung" appearance. These changes can not be attributed to primary pulmonary lesions. |
