What systemic sclerosis autoantibodies are? |
|
Systemic sclerosis as an autoimmune disease, there may be a variety of autoantibodies, including: (1) anti-Scl-70 antibody diffuse systemic sclerosis iconic antibody positive rate of 40% to 60%; (2) anti-centromere antibodies (ACA) is more common in the limitations of skin type, especially the landmark CREST syndrome antibody positive rate was 20% -70%; these two antibodies for the early diagnosis of systemic sclerosis are important significance.
